Post Package sitting for 2 months!!!

Please hunt down my package and tell me why it has been sitting at a sorting center in PA for 2 months. This is the tracking # AS428262974CN. This is for a Christmas gift and I need to know when it is arriving. If it’s not coming in time I would like a refund. Thank you in advance for your help.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS428262974CN shows the parcel arrived USA in Sep. If you have not got it, it must be lost. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

If you really need the parcel tracked down you should reach out to the postal service in PA instead of in China.
