Post Package Shows Delivered--Have not received

Parcel #AS446764694CN tracking shows delivered at 10:46 PM on 10/12/2020. Package has NOT been received at delivery address. China Post shows departure from Hong Kong on 9/25/2020. Arrival to USA, Customs Clearance, In Transit, Out for Delivery and Delivered show as NULL. Arrival status to USA states Parcel #AS446764694CN "...has no shipping record in USPS system."
Please help.....where is my package?

The parcel should be handled by USPS after it arrived in USA, but unfortunately tracking number start with "A" can not be tracked through USPS website.
If you did not receive the parcel, suggest you contact the seller which your order the purchaes or the website to open the dispute for the refund.

How is tracking handled on with Shipper? Items show delivered on Sunday 10/11/20 AND Monday, 10/12/20. How is shipper able to show item through Customs, Shipped and Delivered when arriving in the USA with USPS if there is no tracking number? AND on two different dates, and there is no sign of delivery. Please provide specific info/verification on where China Post handed over items to USA. Also, info on the specific company making the final delivery destination, as I still do not have the item(s).
