I ordered something through my PayPal account where my address has always been the same. I was told the package was delivered. When I checked it was delivered to a wrong address. How do I get it sent from the address in Alberta to the correct address in Ontario Canada?

Canada Post make delivery as per the address printed in the parcel by your seller. If the parcel was delivered to wrong address, it can only be two reasons:
1)Your seller printed wrong address
or
2)Your seller gave you other people's tracking number.

In both cases, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
