While tracking this I get nothing. It has been over 48 hours.

When I contacted the seller, this is what he said.

"Dear Friends, Tracking Number 5-10 genius update information, please do not open the dispute within 10 days. When you receive our clothes if you have any suggestions and discontent, Please leave a message to us, We will promptly help you solve. If the protection period ending not received the goods, please leave a message to us,we will refund your money via Paypal. Thank you! If you are satisfied with our products, we hope to receive your praise of 5 stars. Have a nice day!"

Can the Admin check if this is a real tracking number? Should I wait for 1 week and check?

your seller did not ship the goods yet. many seller delay shipment for 2 to 7 days. you can wait one more weeks and track again.
