Now my package (RI384287989CN) didn't arrive since a month pf the order. 2 weeks there was no update in the status at all since (16th April). I know what exactly happened?

http://track-chinapost.com/input_uae.php shows the parcel arrived Abu Dhabi on April 27. I believe your parcel should have delivery problem (i.e no Po box number). You should contact U.A.E Post immediately.
