Hi,

My package RE066597632CN arrived when I was on holidays so I counld't pick it up, and the local post office has returned to the sender, China Post in this case.

Is there any way that you can send it back again to me?

Hi, in this situation the best thing you can do is to contact the sender so he/she send the parcel back to you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RE066597632CN shows the parcel has been arrived in Netherlands on Jul.10.
The parcel should be handled by Netherlands Postnl after it arrive in . suggest you contact them for the delivery details.

I did contact them and they have told me that they returned the item to you recently, so I wonder if it is possible to get it sent to me again before it leaves from the Netherlands to China

If the parcel is on the way form Netherlands to China, we couldn't do anything. just wait it arrive in China, you can contact the seller resend it to you .
