Post Package not showing movement

Hi my package LT165178892CN hasn't shown any movement since Jan 5th.
I've contacted the company with little to no response.

Amazon gave me a refund on their end and said to keep it if it comes;but nothing has happened from the company it was ordered.

Is there anything else I need to do?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT165178892CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Yiwu office to US on Jan 5.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Yiwu ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thanks, I had another one come two weeks early from a different seller so I was confused.
