Hi,

Around 11 days ago my package was reported as shipped.
Can you idenity why the answer at your website is "No shipping record!"?

The packageno. is RC268904045CN.

The seller supplied this webaddress: "http://intmail.11185.cn", but this address is garbage for people not understanding Chinese.

RC268904045CN is invalid number. seller did not ship it yet.
