Hello,

Am in Chengdu. My Package arrived in Beijing and on the website it says that on the 21st of December it was sent to airline. since then nothing changed.
Is my package lost?
How can I know where is it?

Please help!

UM630754828US is delayed in Beijing customs. Call China Post hot line 11185 and inquiry delivery schedule.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I called 11185. They claimed that they do not know where is the package and don't have details regarding the package, farther than appears on China post tracking website.
Beijing custom and Chengdu custom claimed that if the package needs to receive custom payments, they would have informed China Post to contact the receiver. And the custom process won’t take weeks.

Please help me track my package. I don't know where it is.

Can you please help me track my package? I do not understand how it shows you it's in customs and when I ask them they don't have it.
Please assist me.

if you have any local chinese friends, ask them to help you find the 成都市邮政局 head office. All import parcels should be in there. There should be a customs there too. You might go to that post office and inquiry detail.
