I have also had good service from China Post when buying from Ebay. Items take a while getting from China to UK but 8 times out of 10 they do arrive.

I sent a package back to a Chinese Ebay seller on 4th July. It contained a faulty item which I am due a refund. The package was sent from United Kingdom and was measured and weighed at the Post Office and address printed very clearly with a sender address on the back.

I used Royal Mail to send the package. The tracking number is RU240410429GB. It is tracked until it reaches China and then signed for by the receipient. The service is called 'International Signed'.

It reached China on 13th July but has not been delivered ever.

The recipient address is :

Chen Xiaoming
Pantuo, Zhangpu, Zhangzhou, Fujian, 363202 China.

I am desparately trying to find out why the package was not delivered or if it will ever be delivered. The Ebay seller says China Post would have delivered the package but they have not done.

I really need to provide a good reason to Ebay in order to get the refund without delivery having taken place

Please can anyone suggest anything ?

Thanks. That is quite helpful. To an English person, the address looks strange with no house number or street. A package would never get delivered in UK without that information. But the seller swears that is correct address.

Is there anyway I can find out more precise information? I do not speak Chinese but can type email and translate into Chinese maybe.
