Hello,

I sent a package to shenzen, and there was a status from 19th of september "arrival at Red Lai processing Center". Yesterday the status changed with "Red Lai - has been returned, has been sealed - and has left". In 17track there is an "alarm" - but that can be everything (not readable adress, not accepted, damaged, lost, ...)

Here are the messages from the last two weeks for the package number CA423031537AT :

2018-09-28 17:08
Shenzhen Red Lai Post Office Branch Center, has left

Shenzhen Red Lai Post Office Processing center, has been sealed

Can anyone tell me what is happening here?

the parcel is in China Post office in 深圳市红荔邮政支局. You need ask receiver go to that post office and pickup the parcel.

If receiver does not know where is that post office, call 11185 or use baidu.com to search the address.

【深圳】退回,备注(不准进口)
google translator says: [Shenzhen] returned, remarks (not allowed to import)

what?? it is a phone that I have returned to the seller in shenzen! Why it should not be allowed to import?

I don´t get it - does anyone?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CA423031537AT shows the parcel was rejected by receiver. It is on the way back to Austria.

The receiver thinks that my "package is being returned to you by the Customs"; I will see when (if) it returns ...

The whole matter stresses my patience a lot - no movement since October 7th:
- 2018-10-07 13:25 上海处理中心, 已出口直封
- or in English: Shanghai Processing Center, has been exported directly seal
Does this go by train, ship or horse?
