HEllo my package cw831443377us still has not arrived in Yantai and it has left Beijing almost a week ago when I tracked it. It still says o route to destination, in the past the packages didn’t take long to arrive from Beijing , is it possible to see exactly which city it’s in now ??

CW831443377US has no record in china post system. I think you put a wrong tracking number.

cw831443371us is still in China post Beijing customs warehouse. it seems to have delivery problem.

You need call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. You might need to pay some duty.
