Post Package lost enroute from US to ShenZhen, China

Several months ago I sent a small package with USA tracking for exchange to the vendor, Svbony, in ShenZhen. USA tracking showed it arriving in Beijing. It never arrived at the destination. I have lost about $140.00. I believe it never left customs in Beijing. How do I get the package back or sent on to the vendor.

without tracking number we can not know exact situation of your parcel. You can ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and see if they can find the parcel and give solution.
