Hello,
I sent a hair package back to China a couple of months ago. The tracking number is - RN683507029GB - it has stayed at the “destination customs” since October. What is going on with my parcel because I am returning it and I won’t be able to get my refund until the package is sent to the company. What is happening and when it will it be sent for delivery?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RN683507029GB shows your parcel arrived China customs on Oct 13. But your receiver never make customs clearance. You need to ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 , make customs clearance asap. Otherwise the parcel will be returned to UK.

If this is a return for refund. You can escalate the dispute and claim refund now. just tell paypal/aliexpress that the goods has arrived China but seller does not make customs clearance. you will get refund.
