I ordered a gift and the last bit of information that the tracking site has is:
Destination Country - Tracking Consuming: 408 ms
2016-12-10 15:30 CHINA, Acceptance, Your item was accepted at 3:30 pm on December 10, 2016 in CHINA.
Origin Country - Tracking Consuming: 119 ms
2016-12-10 20:04 Qing Yuan, Qingyuan city, have left, sent to Guangdong Province postal courier logistics e-commerce Logistics Branch Business Department of Qingyuan
2016-12-10 15:30 Qing Yuan, Qingyuan postal courier Logistics Branch key account Marketing Center has been received (the embrace cast member name: Qingyuan electric business, Tel:)

The shipper is NO help - keeps telling me to contact my postal service - they can only tell me the same thing. It doesn't even say it made it to or out of customs..... any ideas?

Hello,

Same with me. My tracking is LT504280463CN and it was accepted on 12/7/2016 also. track-chinapost.com says these are in transit but I think they are still in China. http://track-chinapost.com will show a few more details.

It just says on route and the last update has it in Suzhou, China on December 8.

3. Now it's up to USPS to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. May I also suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel, he might have additional info.

5. Just keep tracking your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

1. If you think that your parcel is still in China, then maybe you should contact seller and ask him where is your parcel. He might have more information for you.
