http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ713304027CN shows the parcel was shipped to Canada 4 weeks ago. Many parcels to Canada are seriously delayed. I believe it has some relation to the potential strike of Canada Post workers.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend protection or open dispute to aliexpress/paypal, otherwise keep waiting.
