Post Package from US stuck in Guangzhou Customs

Hello- I shipped a package of dresses (a return to a company) from the United States to Guangzhou China on September 19. It has not yet arrived, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) tells me it is stuck in Guangzhou customs. The company I sent the package to says they will not help with Customs issues. I don't speak Mandarin so I cannot call the Customs office. How can I find out what the problem is and resolve it myself? The USPS will not help me. The USPS tracking number is CH050405290US.

CH050405290US arrived China one month ago. You must find someone to help you call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel. Otherwise it will be returned to USA.
