Hello, I would like to ask where is now my packet. I can see since September the 6 th is in Changchun, but still processed by customs. Can you tell me why it last so long time? Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels are in China customs. You need ask receiver to call china post hotline 11185, make custom clearance in person and pickup the parcel.
