Hi friend i have 2 package,why my package its departed from china 2 may2017 ,but 10days not arrived jakarta with number tracking RS493354004CN ? And the package RS597309175CN is arrived jakarta.

shipping to Indonesia might take one month, RS493354004CN is in normal time frame.
