Hi,

My parents tried to send me a package from USA to Shanghai China. The tracking number is here: CH024460338US

Since the delivery attempt failed, how do I receive my package now?

You need call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

Also, what do I need to bring in order to pick up my package? I'm from America.

There is no English line. You must call china post hot line and inquiry parcel pickup detail.
