Hello, my package tracking is LT319291008CN

I ordered at the end of January. It was shipped out in February. It "arrived" at a sorting center on February 21st and has not moved since. Buyer protection is about to expire, should I extend? Is this normal? How much longer should I expect to wait?

LT319291008CN is still in Wuhan which is suffering serious delay these days. I suggest ask seller extend protection. If seller does not response, open dispute for refund.
