Ciao volevo sapere come mai il mio ordine e' fermo dal 21 aprile ? c'e un numero o qualche mail dove poter contattare chi spedisce i pacchi?

I used all of the sites for tracking code available on the web, they all say the same thing. My parcels are stuck for days in the same airport, why?
Here the codes provided me the seller by Aliexpress!

Can you help me, please?

2016-04-18 23:27:57.0 leaving Guangzhou parcel process center ，next station Guangzhou Airport
2016-04-19 08:50:52.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-04-19 14:27:20.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-04-20 14:13:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-04-20 14:37:49.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-04-22 18:56:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-04-22 19:09:54.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

2. Until your parcel get scan again you will not see anymore tracking.
3. Also your parcel Might be already in Italy, if it is, it has to go through the Italian Customs Office.
4. Maybe you can track your parcel on the Italian Post site but that I don't know the answer.
5. You could also contact the Italian Post to find out about your parcel.

6. This is the tracking I'm getting:

Thank you so much, no good news from the site of the Italian post office, everything stopped, only two out of four parcels without progress. I will wait.
