Hello, I got several orders stucked in China from 1 month and there is no update news updates when I track order, I need more information about it, are they lost?

RV445049662CN and RV445049441CN and shipped thru Sino-Euro railway on June 12 and arrived Vilnius on June 30. This two packages should arrive around July 15 to end of July. You can check status here: http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV445049441CN

Other packages received in May and June are all in China waiting for flight to Spain. On average it takes about 50 days to arrive spain. June packages might be faster

Thank you for your response. So how many days does it take from Vilnius to Spain?
Also can you guarantee that the packages that are in China will arrive? Because it's been more than 40 days already... For example this package is in Vilnius since 23 June, when will it arrive? RV436950825CN

I think nobody can guarantee a package doesn't get lost and for sure will arrive. A package usually stays in Vilnius for about 3 weeks for customs clearance. Again what I said here is on average, any specific package might get lost during transportation. So it is always wise to keep watch for your buyer protection period and get an extension or open dispute if it is running out soon

Ok I understand, but my seller keep saying that she's trying to contact China Post about my packages and that they don't give her a specific answer and don't contact her back, so I can't find a solution with her, what should I do? Because at first she told me that my packages would take 20 working days to arrive, so lot of my clients are already asking for a refund...

RV436950825CN is a little bit delayed in Vilnius. It will arrive Spain in next one or two weeks. Just be patient.

Why do I have this message in tracking information for the orders above? : "This is the final status. Carrier doesn't provide further tracking updates."
What does it mean, where are theses orders? Are they lost or when will they arrive?

It's been 50 days that theses packages have been sent and did not move. It is possible to have a refund? Because seller told me that China Post said it's normal transportation time but it's not, you told me it would arrive in 50 days but it didn't. Please provide for a solution.
