Please assist tracking this order. I have received 3 tracking numbers RU026530703CN, RV919897536CN AND RO287232672CN. Texts were received when parcels were dispatched and then nothing. I cannot track them. Been over 4 weeks. Please help

RO287232672CN has left China yesterday please wait atleast 1-2 more weeks.
RU026530703CN already had 2 failed delivery attempts within your country meaning that you weren't home when it was tried to be delivered.
RV919897536CN arrived in South Africa on the 10th so I recommend calling your postal service about that package.

Are the packages being delivered to my delivery address or to my nearest post office? My delivery address is my office and there is always someone there to receive collection. Which courier service is used in South Africa.?

The courier service is always the main one of your country so for example in the UK it is Royal Mail or in Germany it is Deutsche Post. and if it is being delivered to your office then maybe the address is misspelled on the shipping label.

No, the address is correct on the order. I will check with the local post office if they have received a parcel / parcels for me.

Very concerned. If undelivered, does it get returned to sender?

Yes if undelivered it will be returned to the sender after a few attempts
