Hello China Post,

I have an order RS580662675CN that has not arrived (this is an order placed 1 month ago) , last update is from 25 April with the description "Export customs cleared" , what is happening ? Is the order lost, where is it now ? when it should reach the destination ? How is it shipped , by air , by sea , truck ?

RS580662675CN has no problem, it is on the way to Romania. You should get it by end of May or early Jun.
