Hello,
I am writing regarding my shipment #LL315617733CN.

today I have tracked my order to check the status since I have not received yet and to my surprise after tracking it in you website it says that the package has been delivered to an authorized person. However I DIS NOT GET ANYTHING!! I hope it is a mistake since I have rechecked my shipping address and my phone number and are both CORRECT. So I can not understand how you have possible delivered my order to an authorized person, or at least say that you have, because I haven't been even notified to any delivery attempt o successful delivery to my address.

I would really appreciate if you could be kindly help me with this issue, since I guess you might have a record of all of your deliveries to confirm whether you have reallydelivered or not my shippment and where.

Correos Spain website shows LL315617733CN has been delivered to the recipient or authorised proxy on Jun 3. If you have not got the parcel, you need contact your local post office for delivery detail. Correos Spain made the final delivery for china post.
