Hello,

I bought a backpack in tnonlife but the order LM656952216CN is on the way since February 27th, 2019, I have no news about it. The china post track last update is from March 21. Could you please help me?

Mexico Post website shows LM656952216CN just arrived Administración Postal La Presa, Mex., Recepción en Oficina de Correos.

You need contact your local post office to pickup the parcel.
