Aliexpress support only promises to help, but does nothing (I tried everything - contact seller, dispute, complaints, chat, surveys, bad reviews on third-party sites) - what to do now and how to return money for goods that have not arrived?

normally if you can not get the goods in 60 days, you can open dispute to aliexpress. If seller did not cooperate to refund money, then escalate the dispute.

I don’t know exactly how disputes are arranged on Aliexpress (on ebay or amazon if the goods did not arrive - just write in support to get the money back).
I tried to open a dispute - all I got was an error! For 4 months now I have been writing both in support and to the seller - no help came ...
