Hello , could you please tell me updates about my order since its been a month with no delivery . Please tell me if my order is lost or its on the way

RV885743900CN was sent to airline on April 23. Normally parcel will travel another 4 to 8 weeks before arriving Lebanon. Your parcel is still in normal time frame. We can not conclude that the parcel is lost.
