Hi there!! My gift package (Mobile Phone) from china hasn't reached me yet!! Can you tell me what happened to it!!!?? Tracking no : EA249061411CN!!

When will it reach me?? Please Help me

For safety reason, Mobile phone which has battery inside is not allowed by China Post. Your parcel was returned by China Post on April 15. You can not get it anymore.

But the sender (Xiaomi) has told me "You will get your parcel for sure" they have said "every parcel from us delayed by customs check up, but its normal, so be patient" and not mentioned about the battery!! I am really confused whether to trust or not !!! :-((((

Hey jsamno3g I am too waiting for same from Xiaomi .. Worst their tracking number is for wat reason i dont understand...

since when u got ems number ? when did i start tracking ? cos its been 10 days its not even showing and update

I got it on march 17 (admin sent me) and got updated regularly but stuck in customs showing "Des patch from sorting center" for almost 30 days!! When I asked about this to the forum admin she insist me to wait for some time as recently their mobiles are failed in security checks!!

I have been told that EMS will take care of it and you package will reach youfor sure!! and I came here to see whats the stuff going on in china customs!!!

What about yours??
