Post NO UPDATE SINCE 07/27- RV840498055GB

This is from the UK and yes I can track it but no update since July 27. Are there parcels coming into China? Every time I ask for update you guys will just lead me to the tracking page that I know of. Is there any other way this can be tracked accurately? Thanks.

Please contact Royal Mail to file a lost parcel investigation.
