Hello,

there has been no update on my package (CP386420955CN) since January 8. I send the package from Shanghai on January 2nd.

Is this normal or is my package lost?

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a very slow service.

If weight is over 2 kgs, it might take up to half year to reach destination country. And there will be no update before Parcel arrives destination country .
