Post No update on package since 27 April

I have tracked my package (RB428781719HK). There is no information since 27 April. The last message shows it has already arrived at Shenzhen. The consignee said he didn't get any notice.

I am very frustrated. Is it normal to deliver package from Hong Kong to Shenzhen in weeks?

RB428781719HK arrived Shenzhen on Apr 27. It should have some delivery problem. You need ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from china post office in 红荔支局处理中心.

I have some difficulties to contact the receiver but I will try my best to tell him. Just wanna ask , will China Post return the package to Hong Kong? If yes, when will it happen?

if receiver does not pickup, it will be returned to HK. but this might take a couple of months. You are in Hong Kong, if the parcel is very important, why don't you go to shenzhen and contact china post. It is not very far.

I would like to know how much time is left before it being returned to Hong Kong. I thought there is enough time for me to notify the receiver.

Concerning your reply, I as the sender can also pick up the parcel in Shenzhen? What document do I need? How can I prove I am the shipper?
