Please help. I've been tracking my package and it hasn't moved for close to 3 weeks now. It' stuck at: leaving Shenzhen city international parcel process center

What can be done about this?

1. This type of parcel is what is called China Post Small Packet Plus. They can only be track in China. If you don't see anymore tracking this does not mean that the parcel is not traveling to your country Nigeria.

2. This type of parcel is the most economical way to send parcel overseas. It also has the last priority in the system.

3. China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for Nigeria can be found here:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

4. This type of parcel can take from 30 to 60 days to arrive in any country because of the low priority.

1. You can not know when the parcel will arrive in your country. It should be delivered just like a normal letter. It is track only in China, never outside of China.

Destination Country - Colombia: (57-1) 4722000 Go to official website
2016-07-05 15:26,Shipment received at the office of international exchange, UAC. CENTER

2. Your parcel is in Colombia, you can track it at the Colombia Post site.

1. Nobody knows if the parcel left China because there is no tracking for it.
