The item was shipped out and it's been a month since last update, can u help me with it? Should I need worried about it? If there's something wrong who should I call?

EA250555312CN should be lost. It left China for USA on Nov 8, normally it should have arrived USA on Nov 10.

if you purchased the item from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you should open dispute to seller and claim refund asap.

1. I have seen parcel here like your EMS taking from 15 to 35 days and sometimes more to be deliver in USA.

2. Just keep tracking your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.
