Post No Tracking Number, Nov Item Bought

I waited up to 2 days past the due date and no item. I contacted them they said customs returned it. They said they would be sending a new one. It was one week after the end of Dec. Now I don't if it will ever come. Or do I need to wait more weeks and months?

You seems to be scammed. If I were you, I will open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for refund.
