Post No tracking info on my parcel

Hi there China Post. My seller gave me the tracking number RC076687363CN for my parcel but I am unable to find any information on its whereabouts and also it says its destination is unknown. Can you please look into this for me. Thank you

your seller gave you an invalid number. he did not ship anything to you. If the parcel was given to china post, http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php will show location and status information within 48 hours.
