Have an order with tracking number but when I track it I get a "no shipping record" message. Need to know if it's real or not. LW193041759CN

No shipping record means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

I already have a claim open with PayPal. Just wanted some more info to back my claim.

just tell paypal your seller gave you fake number LW193041759CN and did not ship you anything. No need provide any additional info. Paypal will verify the number and gave you refund based on the fact.
