I bought this parcel on 8th Feb, payment cleared after a frustrating week, shipped 3 days later and left from China to Singapore then later for the destination country on 27th of Feb and haven't had any update since then till purchase protection got expired on 17th April 17. Does it mean that free shipping parcels don't receive the urgency as those other paid for parcels? Iam slowly losing hope in online shopping because it seems its just meant for certain regions and not the third world. This is my second parcel Iam claiming a refund after another parcel took 6months to be seen on the tracking sites.. Please help track if possible parcel RB168602465SG
