This is my tracking number, destination is to the UK. The updates have not moved since 30th October.. is it lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UP754536547CN shows the parcel arrived Langley,UK on Oct 30. It is in Royal Mail system. Not sure why you have not got this item for so long time, it could be lost by Royal Mail.
