Received my tracking number weeks ago and I could see that the label had been made when I first got the number. But a few days after, it said there was no shipping record and no updates since then. I've contacted the seller but no response so far.

LY375181477CN is not valid tracking number.
http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY375181477CN shows No Shipping Record.
If you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. or if you have got this number for long time, you need to contact the seller or the website which you bought the item to open dispute for refund.
