Post need to add house number and tracking hasnt updated in 2 weeks

i ordered an item on 30 aug and since the 2nd of september my tacking has not updated. also the seller did not add my house number to the package so it will not get to me when they come to deliver as there is over 100 houses on my road. tracking is lx971699758cn. any help would be deeply appreciated.

1. This is what I found for you:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.LX971699758CN tracking result
2016-09-17 00:50:00.0 arrive UK Langley Transit Station
2016-09-19 13:19:00.0 UK Post Office attempt delivery
2016-09-19 13:30:00.0 UK Post Office attempt delivery

2. May I suggest you call immediately Royal Mail or Parcel Force or go to your local Post Office to try to find your parcel. Otherwise it will return to China.
