Hi, I would like to know where my package is.
It says it already reached my country, but does not say where.

I mean, which city?
It arrived one month ago, where should I go to ask for my package?
It was intended to reach my home but it did not.

My tracking number is UI169937412CN

UI169937412CN shows arrived destination, but I don't think it has actually arrived Venezuela. "arriving destination" only means the parcel arrived some China export customs warehouse and waiting for departure flight to Venezuela.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
