Hey.I have no news about my package since 28/8.

Tracking number is EB727069108CN
Can you please help my on what’s happening?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB727069108CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Aug 28 but never show up again since then. It has more than 60% chance to be lost.

If I were you, I will open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

Seller claims that he has communicated with you and ems told him that we have to wait more because there where problems with customs.how can I get an official answer?

as mentioned before, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress. No need care too much about what seller's words. Of course he does not want you to open dispute and therefore gives you excuse.

The people on here helping you are volunteers. They only have access to the same tracking page as you. If you need an official answer from China post the only way to reach them is by phone as far as I know, they have 1 for Mandarin and sometimes 1 for English.
