Post Need help with tracking number AS448363288CN

I ordered 2 posture correctors from bracesy.com and they provided me this tracking number AS448363288CN, saying it was a tracking no. from La Poste (French courier), yet when I search for it it's definitely a China Post tracking number so I think it might be appropriate to ask here.

Anyway, the tracking number stopped updating from Sep 24, and says my package is still "in transit". What could be the problem here? I've tried contacting the site's customer support but it was always a bot that answered my emails, with the same useless content every time. Could it be a scam?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS448363288CN shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 24 from Shenzhen to Australia, it has nothing to do with France. You should be cautious of scam.

Thanks for the input!

I see that this tracking hasn't been recorded in AusPost, does that mean the parcel was shipped, but hasn't arrived in Australia?
Also can you tell what kind of shipment this is from the tracking? Is it by air or sea? What should be the appropriate waiting time?

Sorry for too many questions, I'm just not too sure if I should continue waiting...

This kind of AS*********CN parcel is called China Post direct mail parcel which will NOT be delivered by Australia. It is delivered by some local private shipping contractor in Australia. So you can not track its status in Australia.
