Hi all,
Email to me says my parcel was dispatched at 2016-04-27, still did not arrived. Tracking number is RO047557406CN. It was stack somewhere after a week. Any idea where I can find it? Thanks

Btw, final destination is Canada

Canada import customs clearance might take 6 to 8 weeks, you should get the goods by early July, the parcel status is normal, no need worry at this moment.

1. There is a possibility that your parcel is out of Customs:
