Hi all,
Would need help with my parcel, it has been 4 weeks in china and its not delivered. I am worried it might be due to the confusion as the address is in english/ it might be incomplete address too. I can speak chinese and would love to provide information to complete the delivery if needed. The tracking number is LY049677605DK.

LY049677605DK has no arrival info in china post tracking system. but Denmark Post website shows it arrived China on Jan 4.

normally this means the parcel is lost in China customs. You need contact Denmark Post to start investigation and claim compensation.

So how do i proceed? I tried calling the english hotline but it doesnt work, it just disconnects me
