Hi, I need help.

In February I bought a dress on Aliexpress. The dress arrived to me (to Poland) in March. The quality wasn't as described in offer so I decided to return it. The seller agreed and gave me address:

Consignee: Jianfeng Cao
Street Address: jiangyue road,pingjiang District
Street Address2: juziguo garden,5 building,1003room
City: Suzhou
Province: Jiangsu
Country/Region: CN
Zip: 215000
Local Number: 86-0512-65983064
Mobile: 18260104718

I send the parcel and I was tracking it in system:http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php the parcel no. is: CP185414272PL

I see in the system that the parcel was delivered on 2016-04-06 but the seller tells me that he did not receive it.

Can anyone help me to explain what happened? Did I correctly put the address into parcel label?: http://images75.fotosik.pl/528/29510b55dc889442gen.png

You should contact the seller and tell him that you will open a dispute.
Wait for his response, and if the response does not match to your expectation. Then just go ahead and open a dispute.
On Aliexpress more dispute for a seller is a bad thing for him (reputation).
Explain in your dispute you took care to send the parcel fastest way and registered mail and give tracking in the dispute.

Also to consider you could ask Poland Post Office to investigate. But that will take a few months.
I recommend to start with seller first, then dispute.

Hope the above information will be helpful

Thank you for helpful advice.

The problem is that due to a long of time from buing items (February), the items on Aliexpress automatically went "Confirmed" and as I assume it is no longer possible to open a dispute...
