Post Need help with 2 China post packages

Hi, tracking numbers CY024418613CN and CY024597543CN

With the first one it's been more than a month since the shipping was done and almost 4 weeks with no updates.

The second one is returned to the seller but when i ask the seller, they say that they hasn't received the parcel yet.

CY024597543CN has safety problem and was returned to shipper on Oct 31. Your seller is a liar. Open dispute to claim refund asap.

CY024418613CN is an economical class mail. It is slow and still on the way to Europe. Please wait one more week to see next update.

Well, they insist that the CY024597543CN package didn't get to their warehouse and they have claimed China post several times. They are a reputable shopping agent, Sugargoo.

So you think your seller is reputable, then China Post is lying to you?

CY024418613CN was delivered on Nov 25.
