I'm currently not in China but my mum posted me a package last month and I still haven't received it. It said that there was an attempt d delivery on Jan 2 but I never received anything. I'd like to know where it is.

1. You could call China Post EMS Hot line at local number 11183. They will be able to tell you where the parcel is. They might not speak in English, so maybe if you have a friend that do speak Mandarin that would be fine.

2. Other solution would be to go to a China Post Office and ask them where is the parcel. They will be able to tell you which Post Office is the parcel.

1. Normally after a month or so, the parcel will be sent back to the sender.
